What do you love about your job…
One of the things I love about my role at Harbour Wealth Management is the opportunity I have to get to know our clients on a personal level as I work closely with them to implement the advice provided by Brett and Troy. I also find the challenge of effectively managing the implementation process rewarding and feel a genuine sense of satisfaction when the advice has been executed and I know we’ve made a real difference to our clients’ situation.

I’m lucky to work with a great team here at Harbour Wealth Management. We work very well together. It’s rare that a day passes without any laughs, which certainly makes coming to work even more enjoyable!

A true Coffs Coast local:
Born and raised in the Coffs Coast area, Elise has a deep understanding of our community. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons, camping, boating, fishing and all the wonderful outdoor activities this area provides.

The serious stuff.
Elise commenced work in the finance industry in 2004 starting locally with the Bananacoast Credit Union (BCU).  After moving to Brisbane and working at Sunsuper, Elise and her family decided to return to the Coffs Coast in early 2019 where she started with Harbour Wealth Management as a Reception / Administration assistant.  In that time Elise has created strong client relationships and developed a deep understanding of the business and its values.  This in turn has allowed Elise to grow and expand her role into a Business Support Manager.

Working closely with Brett and their clients, she provides support by managing the office workflow, client questions and requests, and assisting in preparing and implementing advice. Elise is a Justice of the Peace, ASIC RG 146 Compliant and holds a Diploma in Financial Planning. This combined with her previous experience in the finance industry has given her the knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.
